You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to communications, including but not limited to:
    • TCPA
    • FCC regulations
    • State and federal consent laws
  • You are responsible for obtaining any required customer consent before initiating calls or messages
  • ForgeLine Partners does not provide legal advice regarding compliance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Send unsolicited or unlawful communications
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain features of LeadTrackr may require payment.

Unless otherwise stated:
